As part of Newfield’s turnkey project approach, a dedicated Project Manager will liaise directly with the client in all aspects of the project and at all stages from the production of the initial project timescale planning to management of sub contractors to the final supply of the As Built documentation

Our Project Manager will work in conjunction with the clients’ opposite number using the latest management tools and standards.

Newfield’s Project Managers have all been experienced and involved “hands on” engineers at some time and therefore have a full appreciation of all the requirements needed to deliver successful projects for all parties.
